# Shopee

* Ketika integrasi Shopee gagal dan muncul pop up dengan keterangan **Terjadi Kesalahan Terjadi masalah saat menghubungkan Shopee, coba lagi.** Kamu dapat ikuti langkah berikut ini:

1. Kamu dapat login terlebih dahulu pada seller center Shopee pada tab/ halaman browser yang baru
2. Kembali ke home Komplace dan coba untuk buat integrasi baru lagi

* Sudah integrasi Shopee tapi tidak mendapatkan kode OTP?

Pastikan untuk nomor handphone yang kamu daftarkan pada Shopee masih aktif, karena kode verifikasinya akan dikirim melalui SMS atau Whatsapp ke nomor handphone yang kamu hubungkan di akun Shopee-mu

* Shopee sudah terhubung tapi tidak ada produk yang muncul dan tidak muncul nama toko pada home Komplace

1. Kamu dapat pastikan kembali akun Shopee yang dihubungkan merupakan akun “seller”
2. Jika masih akun biasa, bukan akun seller kamu dapat mengaktifkannya terlebih dahulu
