# Terima & Proses Pesanan di Chat pada Marketplace Lazada

## Bagaimana cara Terima & Proses Pesanan di Chat?

1. **Login** ke akun Komplace-mu terlebih dahulu melalui <https://komplace.id/>
2. Pilih Menu **Chat**
3. Pilih pesan yang terdapat **Pesanan dari Marketplace Lazada** dan klik **ikon pesanan** pada pojok kanan atas
4. Klik **Kemas Pesanan**
5. Pesanan telah **berhasil di Kemas**
6. Lalu Klik **Siap Dikirim** untuk melakukan pengiriman barang
7. Status pesanan telah **berhasil diubah** dan menunggu paket diserahkan ke Ekspedisi
