Hal tersebut terjadi karena kamu belum mengaktifkan semua jenis akses akun tokopedia kamu untuk Komplace di seller center tokopedianya.

kamu bisa aktifkan terlebih dahulu semua jenis aksesnya sebanyak 29 jenis akses agar publish produk ke tokopedia berhasil dengan cara : 

1. Login ke Seller Center Tokopedia
2. Kemudian masuk ke menu Aplikasi Pihak Ketiga

3. Klik "29 Jenis Akses Dipilih" dan aktifkan semua jenis aksesnya.
