### Kenapa saya tidak bisa mengaktifkan jasa kirim ketika edit produk di Komplace dan muncul keterangan : *Gagal memuat jasa kirim. Silahkan muat ulang atau cek pengiriman kamu di Shopee.*&#x20;

Yang harus kamu lakukan adalah memeriksa kembali status toko kamu di Komplace, dan jika status toko kamu muncul keterangan " Toko tidak terhubung" kamu mesti melakukan connect ulang akun Marketplace shopee kamu dengan Komplace.

### Kenapa Produk yang Saya Publish ke Shopee Gagal dengan *Keterangan : Operate failed item upload controller no pass : validation failed*

Hal tersebut terjadi karena terdapat emoji pada penulisan Judul Produknya.  Kamu bisa Edit terlebih dahulu Judul Produknya kemudian Publish Kembali.
